The Defense Collaborative is an education provider for the Risk/Claims industry with a speed dating concept. We typically have 5-6 tables of 8-10.  The speakers stay at their respective tables and the attendees rotate. We have 2 panels through the event as well.  It's a fun/interactive way to get education and meet folks in the industry.
